The Telema Incubator

In order to respond effectively to the constraints related to the training, coaching and technical follow-up of project leaders, the Téléma Foundation deemed it useful to set up an innovative incubator to assist young people, from the design phase until the financing of their projects.

Therefore, the fundamental role of this incubator will be to serve as an entry point and privileged interface between project leaders and the Téléma foundation.

How to join?

  • Be of Congolese nationality.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of the call for applications.
  • The project must relate to a sector considered a priority by the Congolese government (such as agriculture, digital, etc.).
  • The project is likely to create jobs, with the exception of that of the promoter; The project guarantees a return on investment with possibilities of loan repayment.
